Absolutely fantastic place and a perfect place to crash after a long day at GenCon. The home was lovely, well looked after, and felt like home away from home. Spacious, private, and was everything we were looking for and more. Also, Justin was always responsive and friendly, making the trip that much better. Incredible stay!!!

We had a wonderful stay at Justin's property. The house is beautiful and looks newly remodeled plenty of space for our crew beautiful quiet neighborhood with lots of natural beauty. We loved the bonus room with the pool table and all the great amenities was the perfect place for our stay in Indy.

Justin’s home was just as it was listed. It was pristine, plenty of space and aesthetically pleasing. Beds were also super comfortable. Our group was in town for a softball tournament at Grand Park and this location was perfect! Would for sure book here again!

This house was just as advertised! There was so much space, it was impeccably clean, the location was close to everything that we needed, and it was stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and even Q-tips and flossers in every bathroom. They even had laundry detergent and fabric softener to use with their washer and dryer. The beds were extra comfy! Our kids LOVED the pool table; however it is not full size. There is not any outdoor furniture or a grill, so we mostly stayed inside when at the house and not out and about town. You will love staying here! 5 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms, lots of space, and games make it very comfortable and great for the money. We'll be back!

Beautiful location. Matched all pictures on this sight. Wish we would have more time to stay there. Unfortunately we had softball tournament all weekend and most of our time was at the ballpark. We were within 20 minutes of the ballpark and we didnt get a chance to go check out the speedway but it was very close. Very nice.

It was nice to stay in a house. It had everything we needed. Down to the hot tub! Great location so much to door dash we barely left the house, even though we barely left the house everything is so close. We did some shopping, but really just wanted a few days to relax. This was perfect for us.

The house is fantastic, perfect for a group like ours with 10 people and multiple couples. Beds were comfy. The bathrooms are all great and clean, and numerous. There is a play area if you have kids in the group. (The kids with us kept saying, "I love this house.") The kitchen and open first floor are great for hanging out and conversation. We had a conference on the North side of Indy, so location was perfect, and it is an easy jump north to the Carmel area, or over to Butler, or to downtown. Justin communicated everything clearly up front and was responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!

We loved staying here! The house was just as described and very clean. Our family of five fit comfortably and Justin and Karley had everything we needed for our stay. They were also very helpful and polite! The house is beautifully decorated and so cozy. We didn't want to leave!

This house exceeded our expectations. We had a large group in town for a wedding 10 minutes away. The location is great as the house is tucked away in a nice, peaceful neighborhood. This house is quite spacious with plenty of rooms and seating areas to "escape" from the rest of the group if needed. The second floor is insulated well so children easily took naps while it was loud downstairs. The second floor was a game changer for the kids, with a large carpeted area to play, provided toys, a couch, and TV. The desks were also super helpful for the few that had to work one day. The amenities in all the bathrooms stood out such as q-tips, tissues and flossers. The game room is plenty fun, the kitchen is awesome, and the extra parking space in garage was useful. The flooring and carpeting, new furniture, clean rooms made for a very comfortable and satisfactory stay. Highly recommend this house especially for large groups. Justin was also very awesome
