Guests will have exclusive access to the main level of the home, including private front and rear entry points. You'll enter through the front porch via keypad entry and the sliding glass door off the master provides secondary access to the back deck. The garage and basement are off-limits, and the outdoor spaces (with the exception of the front porch) are shared with guests staying in the basement unit. Driveway parking is reserved for this unit with additional street parking available as needed.

This home was perfect for our weekend in Indy. The home was conveniently located and easy to find and park. The hosts are very responsive and offered ideas for some great local places. The hot tub was great after we turned the temperature up (it was only 90 the first night o our stay). The home is decorated beautifully and very well appointed. It was quiet and comfortable. We would definitely recommend this home for a weekend at the Speedway (walkable) or to check out downtown Indy (15 minute drive).

This was the absolute perfect location for attending events at IMS. Once we parked for the weekend, we didn’t have to move our car. We were able to walk to IMS as well as all of the restaurants down Main Street. The home’s amenities were also great. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were beautifully updated, and the kitchen large. We’ll definitely be back in the future.
